TWB Interpreter Connect is currently available in beta-version only. What does that mean?

“Beta” means that TWB Interpreter Connect is currently being launched and tested. But you can still register and use the platform while we continue to work on and improve the system. During this testing phase, you may experience some inconveniences or encounter temporary errors. If you do, please notify us at interpreter@translatorswithoutborders.org.

Is there a charge to register as an interpreter?

No, everything is free of charge for interpreters and non-profit organizations. You can search for jobs, create and personalize your profile and access all of our language resources.

The platform has been set-up to connect interpreters with non-profit organizations. You can use it to find a job, but we cannot guarantee that you will be contacted or employed.

How will I be contacted?

Why should I personalize my profile?

Personalizing your profile will make you more employable. Organizations registered on TWB Interpreter Connect can browse interpreter profiles – for this reason, it is advisable to provide as much information as possible.

Why am I asked to specify my gender?

Certain assignments could be gender-sensitive, for example, a visit to the clinic with a female child refugee. By specifying your gender, it will be easier for non-profit organizations to find the interpreter they need.

Who can view my profile?

Only registered non-profit organizations can view your profile.
